Craig grew up on a Northern Victorian dairy farm and has enjoyed roles including being a Jackaroo at Cowl Cowl Station Hillston, Feed Manager at ICM’s Peechelba Feedlot, and Operations Manager for The Victorian Grain Store. In more recent years Craig has worked for Ridley Agri-Products as their National Monogastric Sales Manager, and Pfizer Animal Health (Zoetis) as their National Feed Medication Manager before joining BEC. Craig is responsible for BEC’s key relationships with customers, suppliers and business partners.Scott Adams

Scott has more than 23 years’ experience within the Northern Livestock industry. He has worked for Stanbroke Pastoral Company, Stocklick Trading and Zoetis before joining BEC Feed Solutions in 2014. Scott manages BEC Feed Solutions national Feed Phosphate portfolio including – Kynofos21, Bolifor MGP+, Kalori3000, PhosSure6, PhosSure12 and PhosPro17. Scott enjoys living in his small-town community with his family on a small acreage property and enjoys travelling to and connecting with his customers as he aims to help them achieve their industry goals.Ashley McAllister

Product Manager – Monogastric
Ashley is our Product Manager and manages our portfolio of Distributor & Commodity product offering across all species, with a focus on Monogastric. Ashley has over 30 years experience in Animal Nutrition, and in more recent years has been the National Sales Manager at ADM, having worked previously at Novus International, Coopers Animal Health, and Elders. Ashley has even managed an Agricultural supply store in Vanuatu! Growing up in Deniliquin on a sheep and cropping farm (rice, oats, barley and wheat), Ashley always knew that he wanted to work in Agriculture to support farmers without being tied to a family farm and is always on the lookout for new products that will bring benefit to the industry & customers across all species. Ashley completed study at Adelaide University in Business Management and has also completed the CEO Institute Program. Ashley is a committee member with FIAAA (Feed Ingredients Association Australia) and is keen to support BEC’s engagement with industry through such groups as Poultry Research Foundation, Stock Feed Manufacturers & Australia Eggs Foundation.Matthew Meggison

Product Manager – Ruminant
Matt takes on our newly created role of Ruminant Product Manager, whereby, he will work directly with producers, consultants, feed manufacturers and feed ingredients suppliers to deliver BECs science based ruminant nutrition solutions to support animals and producers alike in the dairy, beef, and sheep industries. Coming to us from one of our industry partners, Zoetis, and with over 12 years' experience in the feed additives space, Matt brings a wealth of animal health and feed additive knowledge. Matt also brings a refined passion for improving animal health, performance, and quality of life using effective nutritional solutions in order to drive heightened production outcomes for producers, "because it's well fed, high performing animals that drive the resilient farming businesses that are the foundations to Australia's high-quality traditional protein industries of today". Hailing from a cattle and sheep farm near Wagga Wagga NSW, Matt completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Agriculture (Livestock Production) at Charles Sturt University. During and prior to his university years, Matt gained an early hunger to work in the Animal Nutrition industry while working in his family's ruminant supplement business, where he saw firsthand how well effective nutritional programs could improve production outcomes. Eager to continually improve his knowledge in ruminant nutrition Matt graduated from the Further Learning Program of the Australian Association of Ruminant Nutrition in 2022, becoming a full-member by exam (AARNe). Matt is also passionate about helping improve mental health in agriculture and he enjoys supporting various charities that do so, particularly; Beyond Blue, HeadSpace Australia, Dolly's Dream, and Bernardo's. Outside of work Matt loves spending quality time with his young and growing family. He also enjoys cooking, fishing, and supporting his local rugby club as well as the Parramatta Eels and the Wallabies.Debbie Hein

Debbie is our Traded Business Co-Ordinator and works closely with our Sales team to ensure prompt delivery of all contracted Traded products throughout Australia and New Zealand. She is responsible for ensuring that BEC’s customer experience always exceeds expectations. Starting her journey with BEC Feed Solutions in 2001 she has many years’ experience in the industry having worked in various roles, including Customer Service, Logistics, Supply Chain and Accounts. Her knowledge is second to none and she is committed to ensuring our service is delivered at the highest standard. Debbie is married to Paul, BEC’s Production & Site Manager.

Natalie grew up in Geelong Victoria in the family hospitality businesses, moving to Queensland in 2008 after completing a Bachelor of Animal Science at the University of Melbourne. She began her career in the animal feed industry working as a production nutritionist with a feed mill in regional Queensland. Her roles since then have included; project management of silage on Australia’s largest feedlots, research and development on large scale piggeries, rumen health in dairy nutrition and implementation of new nutritional technologies in poultry, as well as working for a global corporation as Technical Services Manager for Australia. Natalie completed a Masters of Science in Agriculture at the University of New England and is also a member by exam in the Australian Association of Ruminant Nutrition. Natalie’s experience has allowed her to develop a sound practical and technical knowledge of animal nutrition and what is necessary to have animals perform at their peak.Leanne Goddard

Leanne, originally from Zimbabwe, completed her Master of Science in Agriculture with a specialisation in Broiler Breeder Nutrition at the University of Natal, South Africa. Her journey in the poultry industry began with a Stockfeed company in Zimbabwe, where she gained valuable experience. Over time, Leanne has expanded her expertise to encompass both poultry and ruminant nutrition. As our senior nutritionist, Leanne plays a crucial role in formulating custom premixes to meet our customers’ specific needs and providing technical support. Her extensive industry experience, including work in various feedmills and premix companies, makes her a valuable asset to our team. Leanne’s passion for animals and interest in nutrition drive her commitment to excellence. Outside of work, Leanne loves the thrill of adventure and riding off-road motorbikes.Rachel Argue

Originally from regional Victoria, Rachel relocated to Queensland and joined BEC in 2021. After completing her Bachelor of Animal Science (Honours) at Charles Sturt University, Rachel developed her passion for animal nutrition while formulating dairy cattle diets for a feed mill in Victoria. Rachel also gained experience in technical sales through her advisory position in livestock self-feeders, which involved facilitating lot feeding programs for sheep and cattle. Having a predominantly ruminant focused background, Rachel readily embraces the multispecies diversity that BEC offers and is committed to advancing production systems and promoting animal health through nutrition.Ray Ho

Ray commenced with BEC Feed Solutions in 2022 as a premix formulator, focusing on the design and implementation of customer and BEC branded premix formulations. Ray has significant overseas feed additive and probiotics research experience, and years of hands-on experience working with both poultry and pigs within Australia and Asia. Ray holds a Master of Animal Science which he obtained through the University of Queensland.

Brooke has been an integral part of BEC since 2018, excelling in various roles within Supply Chain, Purchasing and Customer Service teams. Currently, she manages our Customer Service and Logistics Operations teams, bringing a passion for exceptional service to her leadership. Brooke works closely with her team and other departments to continuously improve processes and achieve better outcomes for all. She also plays a pivotal role in servicing our international customers, expertly handling their orders and logistics to ensure their needs are met with precision and efficiency. Brooke’s unwavering commitment to excellence guarantees that our service is delivered to the highest standard. Outside of work, Brooke enjoys coaching netball and the occasional round of pickleball. Chris has been with BEC since 2018 beginning initially as a Nutritionist and now as Technical Manager, he brings a wealth of experience particularly within the ruminant and poultry spaces with knowledge of both premix and finished feed formulation. Prior to BEC Chris spent several years with a large poultry integrator and grew up on mixed grazing/cropping properties in Victoria and Tasmania. He is a member by exam of the Australian Association of Ruminant Nutrition and uses his practical knowledge and experience to assist the needs of BEC customers.

Jason was born and raised on a dairy farm and started release milking cows and assisting his parents on the farm at an early age. Jason commenced working on dairy farms at age 16 and has gathered over 30 years of experience within Agriculture, particularly within the Feed Industry in previous roles he has held. Jason is based in the Bay of Plenty where our Mount Mauganui warehouse is located and covers a range of regions within the country. In his spare time, Jason loves to get outdoors to Hunt and Fish as well as spending time with his family.

Brooke joined the BEC Feed Solutions team in October 2018. Brooke has worked in various roles during her time at BEC including Supply Chain purchasing, logistics and services, as well as servicing our international customers through handling their orders and logistics to ensure their needs are met.
As Logistics and Service Manager, Brooke is responsible for ensuring that BEC’s customers’ expectations are always met and exceeded. Brooke is committed to ensure our service is delivered at the highest standard.
