Craig grew up on a Northern Victorian dairy farm and has enjoyed roles including being a Jackaroo at Cowl Cowl Station Hillston, Feed Manager at ICM’s Peechelba Feedlot, and Operations Manager for The Victorian Grain Store. In more recent years Craig has worked for Ridley Agri-Products as their National Monogastric Sales Manager, and Pfizer Animal Health (Zoetis) as their National Feed Medication Manager before joining BEC. Craig is responsible for BEC’s key relationships with customers, suppliers and business partners.Scott Adams

Scott has more than 23 years’ experience within the Northern Livestock industry. He has worked for Stanbroke Pastoral Company, Stocklick Trading and Zoetis before joining BEC Feed Solutions in 2014. Scott manages BEC Feed Solutions national Feed Phosphate portfolio including – Kynofos21, Bolifor MGP+, Kalori3000, PhosSure6, PhosSure12 and PhosPro17. Scott enjoys living in his small-town community with his family on a small acreage property and enjoys travelling to and connecting with his customers as he aims to help them achieve their industry goals.Ashley McAllister

Product Manager – Monogastric
Ashley is our Product Manager and manages our portfolio of Distributor & Commodity product offering across all species, with a focus on Monogastric. Ashley has over 30 years experience in Animal Nutrition, and in more recent years has been the National Sales Manager at ADM, having worked previously at Novus International, Coopers Animal Health, and Elders. Ashley has even managed an Agricultural supply store in Vanuatu! Growing up in Deniliquin on a sheep and cropping farm (rice, oats, barley and wheat), Ashley always knew that he wanted to work in Agriculture to support farmers without being tied to a family farm and is always on the lookout for new products that will bring benefit to the industry & customers across all species. Ashley completed study at Adelaide University in Business Management and has also completed the CEO Institute Program. Ashley is a committee member with FIAAA (Feed Ingredients Association Australia) and is keen to support BEC’s engagement with industry through such groups as Poultry Research Foundation, Stock Feed Manufacturers & Australia Eggs Foundation.Matthew Meggison
Matthew Meggison
Product Manager – Ruminant
Matt takes on our newly created role of Ruminant Product Manager, whereby, he will work directly with producers, consultants, feed manufacturers and feed ingredients suppliers to deliver BECs science based ruminant nutrition solutions to support animals and producers alike in the dairy, beef, and sheep industries. Coming to us from one of our industry partners, Zoetis, and with over 12 years' experience in the feed additives space, Matt brings a wealth of animal health and feed additive knowledge. Matt also brings a refined passion for improving animal health, performance, and quality of life using effective nutritional solutions in order to drive heightened production outcomes for producers, "because it's well fed, high performing animals that drive the resilient farming businesses that are the foundations to Australia's high-quality traditional protein industries of today". Hailing from a cattle and sheep farm near Wagga Wagga NSW, Matt completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Agriculture (Livestock Production) at Charles Sturt University. During and prior to his university years, Matt gained an early hunger to work in the Animal Nutrition industry while working in his family's ruminant supplement business, where he saw firsthand how well effective nutritional programs could improve production outcomes. Eager to continually improve his knowledge in ruminant nutrition Matt graduated from the Further Learning Program of the Australian Association of Ruminant Nutrition in 2022, becoming a full-member by exam (AARNe). Matt is also passionate about helping improve mental health in agriculture and he enjoys supporting various charities that do so, particularly; Beyond Blue, HeadSpace Australia, Dolly's Dream, and Bernardo's. Outside of work Matt loves spending quality time with his young and growing family. He also enjoys cooking, fishing, and supporting his local rugby club as well as the Parramatta Eels and the Wallabies.Dr. David Isaac

Product Manager – Veterinary & Specialties
Dr. David has been part of BEC since 2010. David started his career as a field veterinarian and transitioned into animal nutrition to further his passion for improving animal health and performance. Over the years, Dr. David has accumulated experience working in feed mills, premix facilities, farms, clinics and in the field of animal health management. With his comprehensive technical and veterinary expertise spanning multiple species and a profound understanding of the industry, Dr. David provides valuable support to farmers and animal owners throughout the Australasian region. His commitment to animal welfare and nutritional excellence is reflected in his work and contributions to the field. Dr. David is also a certified member of the Australian Association of Ruminant Nutrition (AARNe) by exam.Debbie Hein

Traded Business Co-Ordinator
Debbie is our Traded Business Co-Ordinator and works closely with our Sales team to ensure prompt delivery of all contracted Traded products throughout Australia and New Zealand. She is responsible for ensuring that BEC’s customer experience always exceeds expectations. Starting her journey with BEC Feed Solutions in 2001 she has many years’ experience in the industry having worked in various roles, including Customer Service, Logistics, Supply Chain and Accounts. Her knowledge is second to none and she is committed to ensuring our service is delivered at the highest standard. Debbie is married to Paul, BEC’s Production & Site Manager.
